Looking for a fun way to get fit? Our adult dance classes will get you moving! All adult classes are available on a drop-in basis. Please contact the office for rates and payment options.
Learn and practice basic steps, including shuffles, flaps, time steps and more. Classes start with a series of warm-ups, then move to simple and intermediate combinations, "across-the-floor" exercises, and choreographed routines. Includes both theatrical style and rhythm tap formats.
Beginners through intermediate level welcome.

Comfortable clothing that you can move in easily is recommended. Tap shoes are required; contact the office for recommendations if you plan to purchase.
Graceful movements create strong bodies! This workout combines a ballet barre warm-up, stretching, aerobic movement, and floor exercises that strengthen and tone legs, arms, and core, all followed by a relaxing cool-down.
All levels welcome.
Virtual class (taught through Zoom)
7:30 - 8:30 p.m.
Dance or workout clothing (leotard, yoga pants) recommended. Ballet slippers, socks or bare feet are appropriate. A yoga mat may be helpful. A chair may be used for support.
